This beautiful screen print is based on one of the Portraits of Nouns (2021) book of Daily drawings.

I ♥️ In-N-Out Burger. I’m pretty sure it was the first fast food I had, on my first trip to California, in 1996. Friends picked me up from LAX earlier this year with fresh In-N-Out. 🍔 Family owned. Californian.

When I saw this In-N-Out cup in the gutter, just outside Los Globos , I thought it would be ace to draw it. So, I did…. but it wasn’t until I got to the smaller details on the cup that I noticed the golden arches.
